Amaretto Sour, Improved#

Ingredients & Proportion#

  • 45 ml Disaronno amaretto
  • 30 ml Bourbon whiskey
  • 22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 5 ml Demerara / dark Muscovado / brown sugar
  • 15 ml Pasteurised egg white

Garnish#

  • Lemon zest twist (discarded)
  • Luxardo Maraschino cherries

How to make#

  • SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  • DRY SHAKE (without ice) and pour into ice-filled glass.

Notes#

  • 起初看到加 45ml 的 Disaronno 還擔心味道會不會很怪,之前專門為「教父」買了這個杏仁酒,都不敢多加……結果做成 sour 類酒意外的酸甜平衡~
  • 我最初做這款酒是在 Mixel 上找的酒譜,酒譜顯示來源爲 Difford's Guide,配方與我現在整理時實際去網站找來的略有出入,具體如下:
