Ingredients & Proportion#
- 50 ml Rye Whiskey
- 20 ml Sweet Red Vermouth
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Garnish#
- cocktail cherry
How to make#
- Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes.
- Stir well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Notes#
- Manhattan 感覺比 Dry Martini 好喝一些，雖然是加甜味美思但還是很 dry，烈。
- 看 Mixel 評論，Rye 和 Sweet Vermouth 比例可以調整為 2：1 或 3：1 試試。看著很養眼~
- 《世界经典鸡尾酒大全》中的曼哈頓配方使用波本威士忌（波旁威士忌），配比與 IBA 版本基本一致，安格斯特拉苦精放 2 撒。這樣做出的酒可能比用黑麥威士忌好入口一些，可以嘗試。
