Ingredients & Proportion#
- 60 ml Pisco
- 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 20 ml Simple Syrup
- 1 Raw Egg White
Garnish#
- Few dashes of Amargo bitters on top
How to make#
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into a chilled goblet glass.

皮斯科好甜啊，按照它瓶子上的推薦酒和汽水 2：1 真的太甜了，不要兌湯力水或雪碧，兌蘇打水就行了吧？！不想這麼喝了，我記得我是因為看到哪個想做的酒需要皮斯科才買的……
- 還看到了皮斯科加咖啡的做法，總覺得有點詭異…… Piscoffee 這名字蠻有意思！
